Tirzepatide Oral Liquid (Mounjaro®, Zepbound®)

What is it: Glucose-Dependent Insulinotropic Polypeptide (GIP)/Glucagon-Like Peptide (GLP-1) Receptor Agonist.

It slows down the gastric motility (movement) of the GI tract making you feel fuller for longer and deceases appetite.

How to take it:

*Twice weekly oral liquid dispensed under the tongue

*Shake well before use

*Hold solution under the tongue for at least 1 minute before swallowing

*No food or drink for 15 minutes after administration

How to store it: Keep refrigerated

Common side effects:

Acid Reflux, Nausea or Upset stomach:

**Famotidine 10mg, 30 min before each meal

**Omeprazole: 20mg Once daily

**Maalox: As directed on bottle

Constipation:

Colace, Docusate MiraLAX, Benefiber, Metamucil: As directed

Protein requirements: 0.5-1.0 gram per pound of weight loss wanted

Example: If you want to lose 50 lbs, you need to consume 25-50 grams per day.

**Can be a Maintenance dose

Sig: Place 0.5mL (5mg Tirzepatide) under the tongue twice weekly

10ml Vial will last 10 weeks @ 1ml per week

20ml Vial will last 20 weeks @ 1ml per week

Continued dosing:

Tirzepatide 10mg/ml SL Suspension
Sig: Place 1mL (10mg Tirzepatide) under the tongue twice weekly

10ml Vial will last 5 weeks @ 2ml per week

20ml Vial will last 10 weeks @ 2ml per week

In order to ensure the provision of high-quality care within a reasonable timeframe, we have implemented an appointment and cancellation policy.

As appointments are in high demand, canceling your appointment in advance allows us to offer the time slot to another individual seeking timely care.

This policy helps us optimize our appointment availability for all clients. During the appointment booking process, you may be required to make a deposit, which will be applied as a credit towards your scheduled treatments.

We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In such cases, your deposit will either be refunded or applied towards a future appointment.

However, if you provide less than 24 hours' notice, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee will be applied.

Payments are required to be made within 3 days of Service. After the 3 days, a $5 per day fee will be charged on top of the service fee.
